Rafael born on July 16, 1999, raised and resident in the city of Granada. Graduated in Early Childhood Education at the University of Granada, and currently a student of the Double Degree in Political Science and Law at the University of Granada. Passionate about philosophy, literature and music. Believer in the defense and care of Heritage in all its aspects. Participant in volunteer work related to Heritage Education in Early Childhood Education and Children in the Northern Zone of Granada

Ana Pérez-Rejón Megías

My name is Ana Pérez-Rejón Megías. I was born in a village in Granada (Huétor Vega) twenty-three years ago. I have always taken a great interest in the educational field, which is why I graduated from the University of Granada with a degree in Early Childhood Education.I combined my university studies with jobs that arose and, of course, with volunteer work, which has enriched me as a person. I have learned great lessons from all those I have had the good fortune to be a part of. The greatest lesson of them all is the following: „by giving your life selflessly, you are able to receive it to a greater extent”.I am in a continuous learning process and I am currently studying Primary Education at the University of Granada

 

Adrián Gallego Guerrero

Hello, my name is Adrián, I am 25 years old. In 2021, I finished my university degree related to the branch of Early Childhood Education. At the moment I am in the competitive examination, since I would love to do the thing I love, which is teaching, with the objective of breaking with the traditional education that we continue conserving nowadays. I like animals, do all kinds of sports, as well as watching them. In my free time I like to draw, as long as I have inspiration.

Carmen Belén Carmona

Carmen (Antequera, 1997) has a degree in Hispanic Philology from the University of Granada. Last year, she completed the Master in Teaching of Compulsory Secondary Education, Baccalaureate, Vocational Training and Language Teaching, thanks to which she learned about the European Storyline project, in which she has participated as a volunteer. She has worked as a teacher and is currently studying for a Master’s degree in Latin American Studies: Culture and Management and researching contemporary Latin American narrative. Her aim is to continue her education in order to be able to dedicate herself to what she is passionate about: teaching (and continuing to learn) how to read.

Carlos Domínguez Alganza

I am a 28 year old boy from Granada, I am the oldest of three brothers, and I love sports, music and spending time with my friends and my girlfriend. In 2021, I obtained my degree in Early Childhood Education. At the moment I’m studying for the next teacher’s exams in 2022, and I combine it working as a leisure and free time monitor and taking care of some neighbors taking them to and picking them up from school. I consider myself a creative, happy and a bit stubborn person when it comes to fulfilling my dreams.

Elena Cobos Jerónimo

My name is Elena and I am going to tell you a little bit about myself. Since I was a little girl I knew what I wanted to be when I grew up, which is being a teacher. Nowadays I am a teacher in Early Childhood Education, although I don’t work as a teacher. My interest has always been children and in occasional periods I take care of children and give private lessons. I end with a phrase with which I identify myself day by day „To teach in order to learn every day.”

Elena Yélamos Uroz

I am Elena Yélamos. I graduated in Early Childhood Education and am a teacher in continuous training, because my dedication to education was born from an early vocation and the dream of progress towards a better society. I like to travel between the letters of books and music notes, leaving the inner child that goes with me, that I have always been and will always be.

Claudia González Arnaiz

I am 17 years old, a high school student from Granada. I live in Armilla, a town near Granada, with my parents, my two brothers and my pets; I love literature, both reading and writing; and I love music, especially the piano, which is the instrument I play.

I am confident, cheerful, hardworking and a little lunatic, since my dream is to be an astrophysicist. To achieve it next year, I hope to study physics.

 

 

Elena Moreno Miranda

Elena was born and raised in a small town in Granada of only 250 inhabitants. Among her hobbies are reading and dedicating time with her youngest children, and trying to make them understand the world a little better through stories. From this interest in teaching children from such a young age, she decided to study and complete her studies in Primary Education, and is currently continuing her training in the same field.

Joaquín Durán Jerónimo

I am from Granada and I am studying to become a teacher of Primary Education. Before entering the career I studied a module called Electrotechnical and Automated Systems, apart from the Spanish Baccalaureate.

As for my hobbies, I have many: I love to sing and play the guitar, I like to play paddle tennis and soccer, go hiking in the mountains, I am passionate about learning day after day different things about education and nourish myself with it to become a good teacher and, above all, I love to travel and meet people from other cultures.

 

Jaume Cornet Molina

I am 22 years old and I am from Granada, although all my family is from Valencia. I am currently studying Primary Education at the University of Granada, which I combine with my music studies at the conservatory. I am very fond of cycling, baking, the mountains, reading, etc.. At the same time, I work in a family store of organic products and I give private music and movement classes to primary school children.

Arturo Hernández
Tapia

Arturo is an art historian and non-formal educator in the area of International Education. He has a master’s degree in Cultural Tourism Management and Local Development, as well as extensive experience as a cultural heritage educator developing educational projects for schoolchildren and adults in the local environment through Celei, IES Abroad, local social associations and the Department of Didactics of Social Sciences at the University of Granada. He also collaborates with DIDARK as a volunteer.

He is an advocate of new immersive learning methodologies such as service-learning and experiential learning.

 

 

María Dolores Medina Villena

María was born in Seville (Spain) on October 22, 1996, she is currently 25 years old and lives in the city of Granada (Spain). She was educated in the school Sagrado Corazón during all her educational trajectory, she studied Primary Education at the University of Granada.

She is currently studying Art History at the University of Granada and plans to follow the path of teaching. She is a dreamer and admirer of art and history.

 

Ángela María Guevara

Ángela was born in 1996 (Bogotá, Colombia) is a Social Worker and Master in Research, Social Development and Socio-educational Intervention afrom the University of Granada, Spain. For more than 10 years she has been linked to social volunteer spaces in Colombia, Germany and Spain. She has oriented her formative career to the development of social intervention projects, incorporating a perspective that takes into account her interest in the study of education, social exclusion, citizen participation and International Cooperation.

Trifón Miguel Jiménez Suarez

I was born in Granada and I am 23 years old.  At the moment I have finished my degree in Earaly Childhood Education and I’m in an exam for the teaching profession.

I consider myself an extroverted and cheerful person with my friends. I love sports and I try to dedicate some time everyday to going to the gym. I also like self-education. I consider that I still have a lot to learn and therefore I try to read as much as I can, although lately I do little.

I am very demanding with myself and that sometimes has consequences: especially for academics, it takes me a long time to do simple work, because I always look for perfection and as perfection does not exist… Greetings!

 

Sara Ortiz Moreno

I am from Ugíjar, a small town in the Alpujarra of Granada. All my childhood and adolescence I have lived in the village, until I left for Granada to study what I always said, my dream, to be a teacher. I got a training cycle and a degree in Early Childhood Education, followed by a Master’s Degree in Visual Arts and Education. Loving challenges and my profession, I continue training and working far away from my family environment, Ireland, to leave a permanent mark of beautiful values.

María del Carmen Salazar Jiménez

I was born on March 23, 1999 in the city of Granada and spent most of my childhood and adolescence in Alomartes, an annex of the municipality of Íllora. I have studied Early Childhood Education at the Faculty of Education Sciences in Granada and thanks to this I have had the opportunity to enrich myself with knowledge, skills and values that have made me acquire a great professionalization towards children’s work and have awakened in me a great interest in active pedagogies and children’s literature.

Noelia Barba Cárceles

I am 28 years old and I am from a town in Jaén called Quesada, although I live in Pozo Alcón. It’s been almost a year since I finished my degree in Early Childhood Education at the University of Granada and I’m currently applying for a job in this beautiful profession.

Before starting my career I participated in a higher training cycle in Early Childhood Education which I liked so much that it was the little push I needed to continue studying and training. If you ask me what my interests are, at the moment I am investigating more about my work. I also love to read: I devour books. I also love to socialize, be with my friends, talk to them and clear my mind from time to time. Another hobby is hiking, whenever I can I escape to make routes and walk the trails.

 

Marta García Jiménez

She graduated in Pedagogy, with an Official Master’s Degree in Research and Innovation in Curriculum and Training from the University of Granada. She has received a collaboration grant and a grant for Research Initiation for Students of Official Masters. As a researcher she started with the FPU contract of the Ministry of Science, Innovation and Universities at the University of Granada. She belongs to the research group „Training, development and teaching activity” (FYDAD, HUM-1017).
